What is the difference between interior architecture and interior design?+
Interior architecture deals with the layout, structure and technical detail of a space, including partitions, joinery and services. Interior design focuses on finishes, furniture and styling. Castle X covers both, so the design is beautiful and buildable.
Do you design homes as well as commercial spaces?+
Yes. We work on residential projects such as kitchens, open-plan layouts and bespoke storage, as well as shops, offices, cafés and showrooms.
Can you check whether a wall can be removed as part of the design?+
Yes. Our structural engineers are part of the same team, so we can confirm what is load-bearing, design the beam, and prepare the calculations your contractor and Building Control need.
