CastleX is a London engineering and design consultancy. We bring civil and structural engineering, surveying, industrial and product design, interiors and shop fitting under one roof, so one team carries your project from the first measurement to the finished space.
Who we are
CASTLE X LTD (CastleX) is a consultancy registered in England and Wales, based in London and working across the UK. Engineers and designers work side by side in one team: engineers survey, analyse and build; designers shape parts, products and spaces. Most projects need both, and with CastleX they come from the same people.
We work with shop owners and retailers, fit-out companies and joiners, developers and property owners, and manufacturers and product teams.

- Civil & structural engineeringStructural design and analysis from survey to execution, with support through approvals and construction.
- Surveying & geospatialTopographic and industrial surveys, drone mapping and LiDAR, delivered as point clouds, orthomosaics, CAD and reports.
- Interior architectureLayouts, finishes and joinery for retail, commercial and residential spaces, visualised in 3D before anything is built.
- Industrial & product designMechanical parts and products from first sketch to production-ready 2D and 3D drawings.
- Construction, data and supplySite coordination, survey and project data turned into clear reports, and sourcing of materials and fixtures matched to the drawings.
How we work
We don't hand over drawings and disappear. The same team carries your project through every stage, so nothing gets lost between the survey and the site:

- Technical designEngineering and detailed drawings that makers and contractors can build from.
- Build & handoverCoordination on site through to completion.
Every project starts with a written proposal and a fixed fee agreed before work begins.
Our own software
We build the tools we use. castleX Designer lets shop owners and fitters plan a store in 2D and 3D and export drawings and an itemised quote. CastleX Architecture Studio does the same for homes and offices. Both run in the browser and start with a 14-day free trial.
Our mark
The CastleX mark has two sides, and so does our work: the silver side stands for engineering and building, the gold side for design and innovation. They meet in the middle, and so do we.
